By using the American Gypsy Tattoo website and app at americangypsytattoo.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. SMS Notification Program

American Gypsy Tattoo offers an SMS notification program to keep clients informed about their waitlist status and artist availability. By submitting your phone number through our app, you expressly consent to receive text messages from American Gypsy Tattoo at (737) 252-4402.

  • Message types: Waitlist status updates, walk-in availability alerts, post-service follow-ups
  • Message frequency: Varies based on visit activity (typically 2–5 messages per visit)
  • Message & data rates: Standard rates may apply depending on your carrier plan

3. Waitlist Policy

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee service. Waitlist positions are managed by studio staff and may change based on artist availability, event capacity, and other factors. American Gypsy Tattoo reserves the right to remove any client from the waitlist at its discretion.

4. Rewards Program

The American Gypsy Tattoo rewards program awards stars for qualifying purchases and referrals. Stars have no cash value and may not be transferred. American Gypsy Tattoo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

American Gypsy Tattoo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, missed notifications due to carrier issues, or changes to waitlist status. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
